BAA TOURS SERVICES BOOKING REGULATIONS
Bookings with BAA Tours are accepted only in accordance
with the terms and conditions set out below.
This document specifies the conditions and responsibilities
for the participants in BAA Tours. The organizer of the BAA Tours
is BULGARIAN ARCHAEOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION, based in Bulgaria, 1124

Stat. 130416500. By forwarding of deposit, the passenger certifies
that he/she agrees with these terms and conditions, and that he/she
does not have any mental, physical, or other condition, or disability
that would create a hazard for him/herself or other passengers.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENTS:
A reservation must be confirmed by deposit at
the time of booking. BAA Tours require 20% of the total amount
per person. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will return
your payment to you immediately. The contract between us comes
into existence when we send out our confirmation invoice which
confirms your booking. The balance payment is due 45 days before
departure. If you are making your booking within this period,
full payment will be necessary immediately.
PRICES INCLUDE:
accommodation in 3 and 4 *** hotels in DBL rooms on BB basis
(HB & FB basis on request)
Meet and assist at Sofia airport on arrival and departure
Everyday Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Transportation by first class bus or in private car for individuals
(on request)
All entrance fees and visits detailed in the program
Guide assistance during the whole tour. Language on request.
Local taxes
VAT
NOT INCLUDED:
Your international transportation expenses to and from the rendezvous
point (Sofia airport, bus station or train station)
Your health insurance.
Alcohol drinks
Extras and personal expenses
In case you need visa for Bulgaria, you have to cover this cost
also by yourself.
To enable our customers to benefit from lower prices for air fares,
and to provide greater flexibility for extending a stay, flights
are no longer included in the price unless specifically stated.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
If you cancel less than 60 days before departure,
then the whole amount is forfeit. Cancellations received between
60 and 45 days prior to departure are subject to forfeiture of
10 % of all monies paid and due. No refunds will be made for cancellations
received within 45 days of departure. All requests for cancellations
must be received in writing. BAA Tours reserves the right to cancel
the tour prior to departure, in which case payment will be refunded
without further obligation on our part.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The organizer will not be responsible for fulfillment
of the terms and conditions of the tour where acts of Nature create
conditions that are beyond our control. The organizer will not
accept responsibility for articles lost or stolen while participating
in BAA Tours. The organizer will not be responsible for injuries
sustained during trips, or at any other time while attending the
BAA Tours. The participant must take care that her/his own passport,
visa and health requirements are in order. The participants are
responsible to cover his/her medical insurance. BAA Tours accepts
no responsibility for any delay or expense incurred through any
irregularity in travelers documents.
ITINERARY:
If the participant wish to make any changes to
his/her arrangements these are subject to availability. Organizer
reserves the right to change the itinerary, travel or holiday
arrangements due to any factors beyond our control without consulting
the participants. Complaints arising during the holiday must be
reported to staff immediately. The special requests will be taken
into consideration in case they have been declared at the time
of booking.
